PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A privately funded mixed-use building with a below-grade parking garage. Part of the project consists of a seven-story residential building and two five-story residential buildings all above a two-story parking garage that is below grade. A grand paseo connects all 4 buildings and connects to a future city park.
