Develop floor plans, facade design, renderings, and material boards for high-end & bespoke single-family homes ranging from 6,000SF - 7,000SF in Lincoln Park.
Establish Revit standards & template files to help aid in project file management & streamline workflow processes.
Monitor projects during construction and assists in-house construction managers with RFI’s, ASI’s, and submittal reviews.
Identify, develop, and quality check construction details for unique project conditions.

Develop and prepare documents for programming, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases of 30+ multi-family residential projects consisting of 100 upwards to 600 residential units.
Monitor multiple projects during construction through remote and on-site reviews and provide cost-effective and design-focused solutions for RFI’s and on-site concerns to achieve client goals. Projects range from 200,000SF to 400,000SF.
Effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors, building department officials, and ownership/client representatives.
Review consultant/engineering drawings against architectural documents and coordinate trades to provide building code-compliant designs.

Cultivated relationships with brand-name retail client leadership, which generated new projects and revenue.
Applied architectural and design methods to evaluate potential tenant improvement properties for over 100 new retail locations ranging from 3000 SF up to 20,000 SF for flagship store locations.
Managed and continually improved brand design templates and prototypes by identifying assembly alternatives to achieve the desired design intent.
Strategized nationwide upgrades to existing stores for new interior prototype roll-outs.

Designed and developed construction documents for a 1500 SF single-family home for a private client in Palos Hills, IL.
Produced branding and packaging designs for the ‘X-Cube’ Puzzle Toy.
Developed a conceptual design for a 4-story office renovation in Chicago’s West Loop Fulton Market.

Developed diagrams and presentation materials for internal and external publishing & marketing documents.
Observed site and construction activities under a mentor to gain familiarity with the construction phase of a project.
